oh yes. i was part of the HSBC christmas party dance presentation with the theme FLASHBACK. every year, i look forward to attending this event kasi super fun and super big deal yung mga presentation. different departments competing against each other. no prize though, just pride and recognition if you are the winner. and again, for this year, we won first place!!! 2 straight years na! Ü all of us from the red team (personal financial services) were totally exhilirated. hehe. all the hard work paid off! thanks to our super galing choreographer, allan, for the patience to the highest level in teaching us the steps! seriously, hindi madali yung ginawa namin. it took us almost a month to master and perfect the whole performance. i was one of the damas - fan girl. so nagsingkil singkil kami to the tune of GOLD together with malong and scarf girls. at ang hawak naming fan ay malaki. not the usual size. kaya ang dami kong cuts and scratches ngayon sa arms dahil dito. hehe. the concept was really unique. folk dance steps and music from the different eras. sayang wala pa yung video friends. i would love to post it here! we're going for three in a row by next year! cross fingers. not sure though if i will again join next year...practice is so time-consuming but i loved the experience naman. i met new friends. and i would want to believe that i lost a few pounds. Ü
